Hey people, does anyone know if you can use a manual NA flywheel on an auto TT engine? Thinking of playing swapsies and was wondering if im going to need to swap cranks or not.

    Cheers

It will fit fine. You need to machine the gearbox out a bit to make the starter motor sit closer to the flywheel so it engages.

Why would you want a NA flywheel in a TT? Severly limits your choice of clutches.

I assume he is putting a TT engine in his NA Chrispy!

He owns an NA so thatd be why!

Just make certain you use an NA clutch with it.
The TT flywheel has a step on it , the NA is flat.

Damn that donk looks sweet. Whats it from? I'd love to but TT to NA sounds/looks easier than what you have in mind! Unique is ace, but easy HP is good too!

It's a 4.5L quad cam all ally V8 from a Infinity Q45 (big boring luxo barge) but it revs well, forged internals, quite nice heads and they are CHEAP! Around $1200  Makes 206kW and 400NM  More than a R34 GTR...
