yes its normal. it will activate if you push the car hard ;)

a question to the guru's though. what actual difference does the power button do? like what does it actually do ?

just makes it hold gears for longer and kick down quicker. It's just the for the transmission - doesnt do anything to the motor.

yea thers a sensor button thing that clicks on wen u put the peddle down enuf ull hear the click if the cars off and u pust the throttle down its the power sensor thing its good and bad can get a lil anoying coming on all the time wen u dont want it 2

The sensor must read from the TPS cause very quick throttle (1/4)movements cause the power light to come on as well

    do you have an auto?

  12. mrkarter77

    mrkarter77 No Really, They do!!!

Because it goes into "power shift" mode where it changes later in the rpm, and drops down, runs where the most "power" is in the engine, ie around 2500-3000 where the turbos will kick in :p

have been waiting a long time for my turbos to kick in ..

.. do you reckon that using my power button will do it ....?????

... would be an achievement for an N/A auto .....lol .. couldn't resist .....
