My new stoptecs!!

    They look so similar to Wilwoods!

    Maybe made under license? I need a new set of Wilwood rotors, but am looking at about $500 for them. Wonder if Stoptech are the same or can be substituted but keep the Wilwood callipers?BTW the new rotor is on backwards unless you just were setting them up for the pic. Slots should scrape from inside outwards.

    thats the left side of the car

    and definately the left rotor as per the instructions and 'L' sticker on it. Dont know if it matters which way the slots go, but the vanes inside the rotor should be facing so they draw air from the inside of the rotor to the outside as it turns.

    I always thought vanes drew

    air from outside to inside thus making that left rotor seem like it's on backwards. Also would have thought the intake air flow would be better over the larger surface area of the outer disc than the smaller area of the inner disc too.Would make more sense to me being that way, but if that's the way they want 'em mounted, then no point in debating the issue. They are the brake ppl after all.Those puppies should make track days much more rewarding too, well done.
