manual vs auto cams

What are the differences between auto and manual cams and what are the specs of each if any body knows thanks

 

240deg duration vs 248deg auto to manual IIRC. Lift is the same. Only effects the inlet cams on Auto TT's, all other cams are the same lift and duration.

Specs are in the FSM.

 

So what effects does more duration have

 

Higher flow, more peak power.
