    Timing Belt Covers Done

Removed 600CC injectors and put back the 370CC's for the time being, once up and running will plug in Nistune and 600CC injector. But for now here are the Covers done, currently polishing the front water pipes.

Very nice. Love the colouring. That blue looks great against that plenum colour.

Should have polished the CAS bracket while you had the covers off.

haha. get the right tools, easy as.

Its like using a brilo pad as 5000rpm.
Does not grind the surface, just buffs it.
    These guys do mail order.

Or see my polishing thread. I can do a water pipe in 15-20 mins.
After using the pad, use autosol paste to fine polish with a rag, and then finish with "Purple" alloy polish.

    Engine running.

Ok engine in and running, had to sort out a couple of vac leaks, CTS was faulty but fixed now. HKS 2540,s pull like a train, what a difference over the stock turbo,s. EVC seems to work ok, now just need to get the VPC running, going from MAF to MAP, once that's done I will put the 600cc injectors in and then of to the tuners.
