I've found my new favourite pick of a Zed>>> You have executed the perfect 'Personal' upgrade doing exactly what you felt you wanted, and it looks sensational to boot. I would fly east just to look at all the mods in detail on your Zed. Seriously! I used to have a red MkI Cortina which I sprayed Ford Festiva Aqua which would pass for the same colour as yours. What a coincidence! Those Impuls look great in the staggered offsets. That particular rear bar is the one I have been covertly chasing for a while, so any details you could throw my way would help me getting one onto my own Zed. BTW is it a full bar or the just the lower section? Really looking forward to seeing the pics of your hinged tail-light. What hinges did you use? Would like to do that mod myself too. Absolutely SENSATIONAL work Haylz!
Is that colour "Jenga Blue" ????? Looks absolutely fantastic HaylZ. Can't wait to see it in the flesh. Very cool colour Cheers, Peter
yeh agreed that pic is sexy as is, but imagine that same pic with her 2000spec lights and new number plate :zlove: with the correct lighting and background that has the potential to be the sexiest ass i have ever seen
It's only Sky Blue on top Hayley! Deep down, underneath there still beats the heart of a RED Zed. And the wheels still reflect the Red colour from the car across the road (3rd last pic). Chromed mirror cases would so good with that colour! Still, it looks pretty damn good!
What can you say, other than 1 of a kind. absolutely sensational. I think everyone would be interested in the tail light/fuel setup. Waiting for Monday for more pictures.
Forgot to mention... I like how you've had the panels between windsceen & targa's, targa's & hatch window black. I plan on doing that at some stage too
Ok, so no more pics just yet.... I have a confession to make.... i had a bit of a boo boo the other day. This concrete gutter thing jumped out at me and hit my front bar!! No seriously, i was going to KFC at Northmead (and anyone who lives in the area can go check it out to see i'm not some "stupid female driver") The whole car park was empty, and the spot i chose out of ALL of them was the ONLY one that has one of those concrete bars that stick out from the gutter thingy. know what i'm talking about? well, i didnt see it and cos there were no other cars in the carpark, i could see that none of the other spots had them and i heard this massive crunch and that was my front bar grinding and cracking so, i had a bit of a cry, and when that didn't fix it, i sulked and didnt want to drive or go out, so now it's going back to meet it's maker and get fixed.
Sounds like somebody needs a hug! Oh well Haylz. a lot worse things have happened. . It'll be fixed soon and you can return your shameless face to the streets . Fate...
You're car is looking hott as Haylz! Congratulations! Too bad bout the concrete gutter... they do jump out at u occasionally tho! It'll be all better soon!
i know the feeling 3 days after i made my one piece i crunshed it... 3 months later i fixed it... lol well at leastu were all ready at kfc to drown your sorrows in fatty chicken to help yourself feel better.. i did lol
Oh well, fibreglass is easy to repair... If it makes you feel any better (which I'm sure it won't), I hit a wallaby after having my front bar fixed (had a big crack in it when I bought it). Poor little wallaby got knocked down the road and was laying on his back with his legs in the air, RIP little fella. So I got that fixed because my Zed was entered in a car show. After getting it fixed & looking brand new, I hit a freaking possum one night at 100kph 3 days before the show. He made more of a mess than the wallaby, RIP poor little fella. That's the end of my story
ROFL, sorry i know thats not really funny sim300 but that is some terrible luck! Haylz, i think i know what u mean... If i do then i have done the same! (im a maccas car park) I didnt do any major damage though So you shouldnt feel too bad guys can do it too :zlove:
