Injector duty cycle and pulse width

I know this is probably a long shot, but I did some testing tonight with a CRO, and measured the following at approx. 6500rpm on 10psi boost.injector duty cycle - 83%
pulse width - 17ms (19.5ms between pulses, injectors closed for 2.5ms)There was a bit of noise on the signal, but thats what I measured. My question is, does anyone know if this seems like stock ECU programming figures, as my speed limiter has been removed, and I also think the tuning has been played with, as it seems to be running rich (very black are exhaust tips), although I know the stock computer will also make engine run a bit rich, Also, possible extra timing due to slight detonation under heavy load around 2500-3000rpm.Also, those people that are running more like 13psi on their stock ECU's, what is your injector duty cycle? The stock computer should make the air/fuel too rich, what is a typical ratio for 13psi boost with stock ECU?Thanks
