    Hey guys,

Well, after about 7 months without a zed, the itch is back in a big way. I've finished uni, i've got a decent job, I can now afford the proper upkeep these cars require.. And I find myself back on the forum and keeping tabs on carsales/ebay.

If I get another zed this will be my 3rd zed and 4th in total for my household.

Anybody else got out of the game to find themselves wanting back in?

    Cheers,

    -Kirill

lol, you've got the bug that's for sure!! :D

I've owned 2 at one time, current blue beast, and also the Zedsled i bought from WA. owned that for about 2 years, but now i'm just back to my blue beast again now.

...however maybe next year i'd like to do something special to the beast and keep it for special occasions ... so that would require me buying another Zed again as a daily driver. lol.

I've always had loved and still love Z's! its been 2 years now since i had the Z.. i was "VERY" close to joining the "dark" side but clive's Z has got me thinking...

I definately see myself getting another Z one day.. No other car has giving me the same driving pleasure that the Z has.. and i have driven most of the popular jap sports cars sti,gtr,supra,180,200 etc even my dads 05 carrera s didnt feel as good as a driving a Z..

It's corny but true, I've driven many many Beemers old and new, a few Jap cars and a Porsche Cayman S too... they don't compare to driving my Z:confused::zlove:
Sitting in the cockpit of a 370Z sort of comes close but they look nowhere near as good from the outside...

    Yep. :zlove:

Had a red one. Got sold. Only months later, Amanda bought hers. Than about a year after than i got my Black one. Had that craving. Even though we had one, i wanted my own. :D

But since than the Black one has been sold. And a WRX is in its place.

Amandas blue zed is to be receiving some serious love in the up coming months/years.

But no doubt she'll take the WRX to work and ill have her zed to drive =) So i should be kept under control.... However these ever so cheap cheap zeds do tingle my senses.

Maybe one day ill get another just to through down a track. I know my old man thinks about it too.... so maybe.:br:

They're unique, and they have an AWESOME driving position. Unique sound, sort of a love/hate relationship regarding the engine especially if someone goes wrong and you have to go digging around in there, removing almost everything to get to a small hose. (Lol)
I'd still test drive some other cars though. I think it was CherryZ that said it, variety is the spice of life. And if you come back to the Z then you know it was meant to be :)

Agree with you on the variety thing, I've driven and had several other sports cars, had a skyline, got a 180 after the zed got written off, it was nice and nimble, and performed about the same (180 was modded, zed was almost stock), but something was missing. Next year I'll be back in a zed :D

    Yup definitely,

Sold my last zed due to money issues at the time but found myself chasing another one almost immediately... Trying to balance the bank a bit better this time so the build will be a lil slower... My current z was a lot cheaper but requires more work...

Technically this is my 10th Zed... (including the wrecks). :)

    :zlove:
