I got no email, in any case I'd prefer a refund.. if they're on their way you can flog them to someone else when they arrive (annnnnnnny day now!)

 

Well i hope this can finally come to an end (lol what a ride). If there are set of coolers left over i might grab a pair when they arrive.

.. reading the history is a dream .. when members wanted info, documents and evidence .. our wonderful "i would not scam a member", aka james007, aka trust me, aka oops they are on their way( even NOW ???), was nowhere to be found .. time and time again ... !!! .. and his final ... " i am the winner" is just so damn "off" is beyond belief ....

the last week, with the failure to make refunds ( a 5 minute internet transfer) is, of course, quite irrelevant ..!! ...

i just feel so much for members on this one .. when most DO know the truth, but can say little on a public forum ... shame, shame, SHAME ....!!!!

I sent James a PM regarding my full refund. He said we don't get refunds anymore because the coolers are due in 2 weeks. I have already paid for other coolers, going by his word that if nothing was heard by last friday that we shall receive all refunds.

I have take screen shots off this whole group buy and i have also kept all PM 's with James. The relevant authorities already have a heads-up from me and now if I don't get my full $530 by the end off the week, they will have the go-ahead to start an investigation.

James, I have waited nearly 10 months for nothing. This is bullshit, if you were any sort of business man, you would give us our SMIC and the full refund.

Despite the message, there were no docs attached. There was some html crap that didn't display in my email client but unless they're scanned original docs, why bother.

 

He did attach the Bill of Lading. I have a copy of it

 

I got a buyer for the SMIC's now so I don't really care if/when they come. My posts on this group buy end HERE.
