How long roughly should it take to raise some coil over suspension and change a set of wheels?

I dropped my Z off at pedders this morning at 8, it is now 12:45 and i still have to wait until 2 to go pick it up. How lazy are these guys?!

Can't wait to see what ridiculous things they charge me with

probly a couple of hours if they got inot it properly. have to take the wheels off to do the suspension anyway, so its really just the time to swap the coilys out.

They're not swapping the coilovers out, just raising them a bit

    This.

If they had your car for more than a day I'd be annoyed, but six hours between dropping it off and picking it up is nothing to complain about. It's not like your car is the only one in the shop.

Depends if they are doing a wheel alignment as well, as raising effects the camber slightly. If the wheels are a different size - more so. They may be doing several jobs at once as well and juggling yours in between.

As long as they don't rap it out is the real worry - every-time I take it to a workshop they always like smoking the wheels in mine

The time frame between dropping it off and driving out of the shop should be 5 mins. Any longer is completely unacceptable :D

Also one should never raise coil overs, it is only acceptable to go lower ;)

but if you get new yellow decals on your windscreen you need to raise it for a small period of time.
