The real car that owns that engine is extremely clean. I remember when it was for sale in WA a few years back for $18,000.

 

All I know is that it was in WA.

Haven't seen piccies of it in years.

 

its a scam, if you look at the engine in the side on shot, you can see its not the same.

my understanding is that the REAL car was built by lumpy who used to work at hyperdrive, he then sold it and it ended up over east..........then uas had it as you discovered.....

 

Had a reply back from the seller:

"Engine was fully rebuilt 11 months ago. All mods are straight from the Top Secret Garage and HKS - Garrett GT28 hybrids (Smaller exhaust turbine=boost from 2400rpm, max @ 4600-6800rpm, hand made plum? and intake manifold, aircraft spec cooling plumbing and fuel system, dyno sheets and receipts for nearly 13k."

So they are highflows now and not the GT35r?

wired him the money this afternoon, pick it up from his agent who is holding the car for him because he is in nigeria on a business trip. Best part is that hes extremely wealthy and well known in his home country, thats why he let me have it at such a good price......

so excited to collect it this afternoon after work.....
