blowoff best blowoff valve is debatable, some would say a 12 gauge, others may say a head in the oven( as long as it isn't lpg), but in your case probably best to keep it simple and just step out in front of a quickly moving bus cheers

ive heard of good things about the hks ssq, but ive never owned a/m blow offs as the stock ones sound like bov to me, haha. But then again, i know i got the goose honk so i know ther stock.

My choice would be GFB Hybrid. Good quality unit and you can have it either 100% recirc, 50/50 recirc/atmo or 100% vent to atmo. My choice would be to leave the standard ones on, and put the money towards some proper maintenance ie Transmission service, injector clean, coil & injector connector replacement, plenum pull & by-pass, things that will really achieve something
bovs yep i have gfb hybrids and they work really well. u need 2 choose a bov 2 suit you, are u looking for something that works well or just something that is bloody loud!! i personally dont like the hks ssq as they are way 2 high pitched for my liking

ye i have the GFB bovus maximus bovs.. they are very sexy if i let go of the accel at low boost it sort of flutters a bit.. but under full boost i scare grannies with a wwprsh
i stuck a pair of cats inbetween my fmic and pod filter.. under full throttle you should hear em scream.....
