If you get an error code i think it stays there until you reset the ecu by unplugging the battery for about 1 hour regardless of whether its fixed or not. someone will correct me if thats not true
Yep, your right with the Battery. I disconectred the battery for about 1 hour & tried it again...and NO fault codes are comming up (Error "55") so looks like it's the O2 sensors playing up as they dont show up on that.....is that right? The only thing i can think off with the simptoms the cars doing & being heat related also and CHEWING the fuel (my 650hp Rotary was like this) getting just under 120klm per 1/2 tank & thats driving good. Any other ideas?
looks like it's the O2 sensors Looks like it's the O2 sensors that are faulty & not working, I took it for a drive with them un-pluged and What a differance!!!! Nice and smooth idol & Cruise. So looks like it's 2 new O2 sensors for me. Thanks for everyones help on this. Cheers.
