Greetings. As you can probably tell, I am a fairly new member to this wonderfully helpful forum. I got my Z at the start of this year and unfortunately I got ripped off as it basically needed an engine rebuild (I won't go into detail in this thread). Long story short, after an insane amount of money spent and painful months without my car I have finally gotten it back . So in the midst of all my excitement today, I locked the only key I have insde the car. Please oh please, can some good samaritan come to my aid and pm me how to get inside my car without paying a locksmith (as I am now completely broke)
Cheers Cheers mate. I'm in Perth, W.A. Thank you for your speedy reply, I have my key back now Just tryin to figure out how to actually thank you through this forum
Hahaha Yeah I would if I was a member, but because I have just moved to perth and my car has not been on the road, I haven't worried about roadside assistance. Also as I mentioned - No Coin atm What would really help me is if someone could tell me how to "thank" users of this forum. I just can't figure it out
Yeah, as suspected I can only thank you guys once I have posted more. I thank you all very much for all the great info given. I will be sure to thank everyone in this thread once I have the ability to. Got my keys now uberthanks
hey Enigma, good too have another WA member on board, be sure to get yourself to a few events and cruises....... what sort of wingd o you have on the back there, from some angles it looks like veilside and from others it doesnt, further pics? and have you been parking your zed on marmion avenue near whitfords recently, i think i may have spotted your car a few times, if thats your car anyway?
No I think you are seeing someone else's Zed near whitfords. As you probably read in my first post, I was ripped off. My Zed has been in Midland Auto masters for about 5 months getting everything replaced/repaired etc. I have it back now (3 days after the WA cruise ) and I am looking forward to the next cruise. Why midland auto masters you ask? because I am a fool, hence I am here trying to get a "Zeducation" I must state for the record, that despite the money & time this car has cost me, I truely am in love with it. I will care for this car for the rest of my life :zlove:.
It sure is refreshing to see people prepared to do what ever to get their zeds up to shape. I can relate to the mechanical side of your journey. I'm in Boya but traveled all the way to Clarkson to get mine done. about 8 grands worth there. Hmmm, seems to breakdown ever since? I'm thinking of hosting a bbq, mini tech day and finish it off with a mini cruise through the twisty roads up here soon. Keep your eye out for it as your more than welcome. I'm keen on seeing if the guys could go over the girl and see if we've missed anything. I better make sure I put on a good spread to reward them for their kindness.
