Genuine AbFlug Front and Rear Bars (Fibreglass) -Group Buy

    Guys I am bringing in an abflug type 4 bar for a forum member, so thought I would put the offer out there for anyone else who is interested. Freight on these is very expensive, but buying more than one at a time offers the chance to save a couple of hundred dollars each...

    There are a couple of different bars available

    Type 2

    Price: Price on these is $1100 for type 2, and $1200 for the others. The price may come down if I get three or four orders, but if you can't afford the above prices at the moment this offer is not for you....
    Freight: Above price includes air-freight from japan, and then you have the option of pickup from sydney or busfreight (repackaged, registered and insured) for $60 australia wide.
    Timeframe: I am going to leave this offer open to expressions of serious interest for a week.

    you sure they are Urethane???
    When I got mine they only did Fibreglass.
    Would have loved to get one in Urethane but only made fibreglass gear

    how much discount are we looking at getting on the items. i was going to get a type 4 or 4r when i ordered my kit.

    if there is a good discount il jump in for sure, i was never able to work out the freight costs associated before

    2nd, thats the rear bar im after too

    zeb, note that that rear bar is for a wide body kit......the beet kit to be exact...but i have a feeling you might be getting/have the beet kit??? but the beet kit only comes in a 4 seater and you are after a 2 seater rear bar.....

    you will either need the rear bar for the 2+2 and not the 2+0 OR if you arent going wide body you will need to mod that bar to fit...in which case you are better off getting this and cutting the holes out

    I am getting the beet wide kit, but Gonz is modigying for 2+0....so I figure if I get the bar for a 2 seater then I should be right as mine is a two seater. so I will have 2 seater rear bar as per last post, beet wide kit modified for 2 seater and the abflung 4 front bar.
    will all that work togetha?

    ahhhh im very sorry, my bad, i didnt realise he was modifying it for you. in that case it should work :D

    it also depends where gonz is modifying the beet kit....as long as the rear and front is the same and he is cutting the middle of the kit then it should be sweet. if anything, the shop you are getting it done at might be able to modify it so it all fits together ;) :)

    Thought they were urethane... could have been a mixup though and their english is alot better than my japanese :D I will ask again and confirm.

    Freight costs are a bitch. Ordering single bars the freight is more than the cost of the bar....

    These prices are around $200 off the price of a single bar so that's something... might turn into more if I get a couple of orders in.

    Don't worry mate I can do this anyime... I have an order waiting at the moment so don't want this shipment to drag on but I can get the gear for you anytime. I will be sorely pissed off if I go the trouble of bringing these in and cheap knockoffs start showing up shortly after...

    When suits you? I have ron/wizard ready to roll so don't want to hold it up indefinately... but the more I order in one hit the more we can shave off the price, so it's in everyone's interest to squeeze you in :cool:
