Gates Fuel Hose

    Hi guys,

    I just bought 1m of Gates fuel hose from Repco.

    The hose has SAE 30R9 180PSI FUEL INJECTION HOSE stamped on it.

    Does this also mean that its EFI compatible?

    The sales person said it was but I prefer your word over his.

    Other than it says FUEL INJECTION 180PSI on it:p SAE 30R9 is the correct standard for EFI hose.

    You can also use SAE 30R6, but is has a lower temp rating than R9.

    What's the highest heat rating?
    I'm thinking out loud here as to what the best hose to use for the water lines to the turbo (a bastard hose bypass).
