Alright so i ended up fitting my big rears 295/30/18 on 18x10 and now ive finally found the matching set of front wheels in 18x8. I currently have 255/40/((17)) on the front and was wondering if i should go to 255/35/18 or 255/30/18? What is the largest tyre that will fit AND look decent on a 8 inch rim AND still let me turn with minimal scrubbing is a 265 achievable? Also worth noting they are +17 offset, stock camber, stock height, the same as whats on there and they do scrub a little but not enough to damage anything at all. Thanks for any help!!

Go 255/30/17, should help with scrubbing. Your at stock height though, so maybe someone who's actually done it can comment haha.

its an 8" wheel, just use a tyre that fits it like a 235 or 245. If you want 265's then find wider wheels.

Any photos of your rears on the car, keen to see how it fits up.

Heres the thread with how it looks right now, i am going from 17s to 18s on the front and they are the matching wheels for the rear (less dish and only 8 inches wide). The wheels on the car are 17x8 with 255s on them so i thought id ask some questions as they are alot cheaper than tyres. i know 255 18s will fit but what profile?? 30 or 35? and can i go 265 if i want or is that too far?

265 is a lil on the far side. stick with a 30 profile to avoid scrubbing
