EOI Yama's Tech day

Hey guys and girls!

It is time for a 100k service for my babe! im ordering the parts from Concept Z tonight (so there monday morning) so im hoping for it to be delivered by this Friday. I also have a couple of oil leaks so i would like that fixed to or at least work out where its coming from.

Im gonna have a tech day this Sat and Sunday (if i have the parts in time). not sure how long it will take to get it all completed. Any ideas from those who have done it? if i dont get the parts in time then i will host it the following weekend. This car is my daily so i need it done asap.

Who's interested in coming to help me? i have the standard tools. ramps, car stands and trolley jack.

Im located in Thornlands. About 20mins off the motorway. Pm me for the address. I dont have a massive area to work but can fit 2 cars in the drive way. Im sure we can make room for anyone who needs help with their cars too.

We'll have a sausage sizzle and i'll supply some drinks for everyone.

If im missing anything or you can suggest any tools i might need to make it easier please let me know?

100K takes a good day to do if you know what you are doing and have the right tools.

 

Maybe depends on how much study I have got done and whether you a have a TV with the V8's on

 

But I'm bored!!!!!!! You came and saw me last week

 

Didnt mark do a 100k service on that motor last year?

He changed some parts but not with new things. i didnt have the money for the full 100k service. I think from memory he looked at the belt and he said it will need to be changed soon. Mark will have a better understanding.

No, belt wasn't changed

def needs doing. We did the plenum pull only while the engine was out of car.

I'm a maybe on the date. Not far from you though.

 

yeha i htink i remember now, it was supposed to be a low k motor, we did some hoses and stuff.

 

I guess I'll put my hand up for this one! haha I might pick up a trick or two while I am at it. Hope I can be of some help to you!
