Hi Guys I'm just curious at this stage as to who would be interested in a full exhaust system starting from the dump pipes (Not including Dumps) manufactured by Xforce. At this stage there would be a handfull available at the end of the year, the specs arn't 100% yet as we are still waiting for a new centre mufler to try and reduce the noise. THe way it looks at the moment it is a full 3" system with 2X Stainless steel high flow metal cats and 2x Stainless Steel MP01 muflers. The centre mufler is still under development and the pipework is currently Aluminized Mild steel. The sound level at the moment is at 94db but we are hoping to get his down to 91db for when its released The reason for this EOI is to determine the volume of interest so that I can further encourage the development and to keep the price down. I'm guessing the price at this stage may be around the $1100 - $1400 mark but this would depend on the volume of interest. Depending on the interest I may organize a group buy. However I'm not promising at this stage when this system will be available and what the final cost would be as it has taken a year to get this far (Progress has been slow). It gives me second thoughts With all those dramas, I wouldn't even consider running it untill the stock arrives. You are a very baddddd boy
So mrmagoo do you work in an exhaust shop? Yes I'm interested but not with those mufflers or centre muffler... I will be looking at upgrading my exhaust later in the year and am interested in what you can do...
If its 91db or less i am interested for a 2+2 NA.. i guess the extractors back if possible. PM sent indicating interest.
I'm not a business Hi Rob I don't work in an exhaust shop nor do I have any business links with Xforce so I couldn't offer you any variations. The way it stands. Over the last year Xforce have developed a kit for the 300zxTT. They used my car as a test vehicle and the main issue thave been facing is noise. The first setup was at 104db Second at 94db They are currently making a new mufler to put in the centre which they hope will bring it down to 91 db Keep in mind this is a full 3" system I thought I'd post this up to inform people that xforce will soon be releasing a full kit for the 300zxTT that would be comparable in price to many othe cat back systems. If there are people that are looking for an exhaust it may be worth while waiting for this one.
I recently had these mufflers fitted... But I also had some resonators fitted, as I knew they would be loud. not sure what the db reading would be, but I'm happy with them. I also have the same rear wing :zlove:
