EOI: PZP Aluminium Pulley Kits

Hi Guys and Gals,​

We're please to announce that we've received our prototype pulley kits and just wanted to gain interest of who would put their hands up for some?

The pulley's are made from 6061 aluminium and cnc machined for a perfect 'OEM' fit. PZP will be selling them in kits and individually. The pulleys are light weight and provide bling + performance gains in the way of less rotating inertia & in some cases, underdriving accessories.

Our current prototypes are:

• Aluminium Crank Pulley (Fits NA & TT, Underdriven)
• Aluminium Alternator Pulley (Fits NA & TT)
• Aluminium Power Steering Pulley (4PK TT)
• Aluminium Power Steering Pulley (3PK NA)
• Aluminium Water Pump Pulley (Fits NA & TT, Standard Size)

We are also looking at developing:

• Aluminium A/C Idler Pulley (Fit NA & TT)
• Aluminium Water Pump Pulley (Fits NA & TT, Overdrive Size for use with underdrive Crank Pulley)
• Aluminium Crank Pulley (Fits NA & TT, Standard Size)

We will be offering some pulleys in early May at the special prices listed below. Colour is currently standard silver however if there is interest for anodised colours such as blue, black, red, orange, green, etc... we can run 'group buys' for these colours.

Belts will depend on the pulley kit you require. I can supply belts at a good price too...

 

interested in a full accesory pack for a tt

in blue.....(if possible)
hoiwever would it be possible to put a kit together for the tt which runs a na power steering pump pulley....
also as for future pulleys to develop, what about a replacement for the ac pulley, ive never seen a replacement one (maybe it cant be done!?)

is there any gains to be had from the accessory pack? (if you already have a UD crank pulley) or would it just be a bling upgrade?

 

A/C Pulley can be done, you know I'm skilled Ross!

 

There sure is, I can't give you a HP figure however any drop in rotating mass will yeild results!

Same as Jinxed, TT with NA PS pump. I think that would just make it a NA kit I guess.

What would be good, is a 4 rib power steering pulley for the NA pump. I think it would just need the correct offset to make up for the different pump bracket.
The only reason I ask is I believe you can get the Gates Blue Racing belt in that size but only in the 4pk, so currently i'm stuck with the crappy looking black belt on the 3pk NA pulley

I know it's probably alot of R&D and stuffing around making another prototype so I understand if it's not possible lol

do the crank pulleys have timing marks?

I'd be interested In an N/A kit once you develop the overdriven water pump pulley. And in anodised red if the additional costs aren't astronomical.

Forgive me for my complete lack of knowledge, but would an overdriven alternator pulley paired with an underdriven crank pulley do any good?

im interested in the TT accesory kit in silver.

 

Out of interest how soon could you provide delivery for some of these kits? I am interested, but only while my engine is apart for the next month.

so for me must be blue anodised, and i want a tt set but with a na power steering pump pulley......also want a blue ac pulley bwhen they become available
