Sorry to hear that, keep your focus and keep chasing your dream champ.

The car feels very different to drive. Almost twice powerful. I am getting used to with new powerband and heavy clutch. Biggest difference I can notice, car is pushing me big time in 3500 rpm which didn't happen in my old engine. Getting same power delivery at 8 psi which used to 14psi before. Made 295hp in 13 psi boost. Getting boost controller connected and few other items ready before I can get another tune in 24 psi. Dyno sheet will be posted then. I will try to get some video later on. And the car isn't laggy at all and actually more responsive in lower rpm range than ever before. Didn't push over 5500 rpm yet so can't comment yet about high rpm. I am very happy with the result.:D

    Very nice sir.
I'm surprised that with all of the re-working of the plumbing that you didn't do the obvious re-locate of the PTU to a place under the center panel. That's a very good mod to do the harness should allow for that quite easily. Keeping the PTU away from engine bay heat source goes a long way to maintaining it's longevity.
Just curious why the blue vaccum hose. It seems to take away from anotherwise very nicely colour-coordinated engine bay. Perhaps a simple black vaccum hose or red to go with other hosing there.
Sorry if I'm nitpicking here. It's just that you've made so many excellent upgrades it seems a shame to detract from it with an odd coloured vaccum hose.

Cause it breaks up the colour, looks good, dont want everything the same colour or too much of it, blue suits it.

    ^^ Really?
    Was that his reasoning?
There's body coloured parts as well as pollished aliminum, chrome, black hose and wiring and red hose. You feel that adding another colour to the 5 already is needed to "break it up"? It appears to be well broke up already. Chose a colour that's already been used would work best IMO.

    Lovely BUT.....

Truely lovely piece of work. You should be proud, glad to hear that you are slowly slowly building the tune up.
I would offer one pice of advice I note that you have the MAP sensor mounted to the LHS (or RHS as you look at the photo) of the intake plenum. I am not sure if is the ECU or gauge MAP, but regardless they don't like vibrations and it won't last long there.
May I suggest you exend the vacuum hose, and mount it on the fire wall. The slightly long hose will not have any noticable effect on its accuracy.

Thank you sir. These are my old hoses which were sitting in my parts pile. They will be replaced when I can find decent silicon hose. SARD hoses only comes in blue and they are the best as I found. I can't find any decent red hose in local store. Need to order some from US. Can't be bothered relocate PTU yet which is next in my list. The blue hose from two TB nipple to block them because I don't have carbon canister connected. Will decide later how to block them alter on.

    Still to add..

    1. Spiltfire coilpacks
    2. 2nd fuel pump with surge tank.

I can't even handle the power it is making unless I can take the car to track. Probably bacuase SZ900 kit will start kicking little later on. Wait til I get the tune at 24 psi.:D

Didn't know that. Will move the sensor and mount in the body. Accoring to haltech MAP sensor has to be as close as intake manifold.

    Shouldn't be that hard?

I know just sick of waiting to get something from over east. takes around 10 days to get something small. Quicker to get from US and half cost most of the time and similar postage cost for smaller items. Bought some from caz before and didn't like them. I am looking for similar to SARD hoses which has really thick wall.

weird place 2 put the map sensor bro. pre throttle body is going 2 give some weird readings... ive got mine tapped dirrectly into the plenum :) works a treat

Just me or is that the temp sensor down there. Map sensor is into the plenum by the looks? Temp sensor pre throttle shouldnt be any issue.
