Anyone in the Brisbane area got a spare IACV gasket they don't need this weekend (Sep 14 & 15)? Failing that, anyone know where I can get a DIY gasket kit on a Sunday? (Pretty sure I haven't seen any at my local Supercrap) or just suggest another material (pretty easy to make a template of it )
Super Crap , Bursons , Repco and Auto Barn all sell small rolls of gasket paper. I just traced the valve ( you could use old gasket as a template if in one piece) then cut the paper with a sharp knife. Very easy to do and as good as genuine. I have even seen people use cardboard although not the best idea it will get you going until you can get the right stuff. Cheers Dave
How come your title states you are after an EGR gasket (which doesn't exist) but then your asking for an IACV gasket???
