Hey, I'd recommend a piggyback Emanage Blue. A friend of mine tunes these and gets very awesome results out of them. As long as you get both the main harness and the optional injector harness, you can expect a fairly nice result, providing your tuner is capable.

Unsure if the above has provisions for different modes or not though..

Emanage Blue is anywhere from $300 second hand to $450 or so brand new. These are much better than a "custom tune", since you can get the optional injector harness and push the stock fuel system even harder.

As an example, my friend's s14 with standard turbo, full exhaust and a pod made 162rwkw. He added a larger intercooler, Emanage Blue and got it tuned, the car pumped out almost 200rwkw on 15psi. (Tune was done by my friend who is an experience tuner, so others' results may vary). My friend tells me the same setup and tune on a TT zed would be seeing 240-250rwkw, depending on engine condition. :D

Sorry forgot to mention, I think tune was between $300 to $500 depending on whether you have to wire it in or if you have the harness for the Emanage.
