    Comments:
Looking for any interest in my black Zed. I bought this baby early this year from member Martin in Queensland (url=http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=295311]original FS thread[/url]). Since then I have washed her every week and kept her very healthy. I got a plenum pull done before I registered it here. This Zed has never broken down on me, and has been very reliable all her life (that includes when Martin owned it as well - read his thread!).
This is a really hard decision for me to make... I love the interior and all the work done to her and was originally going to drop a VH45 in there, however I have my eyes on a certain slicktop  I will very much miss all the goodies from this one though, especially the interior...
The Zed drives like a beast now with the new lightweight flywheel, clutch and driveshaft from Z1, revs HARD!

These are the specs from when I bought the Zed from Martin, and that are still on there:

    --Crank sprocket - NISSAN
    --3 x drive belts - GATES
    -With extras:
    --Nissan Idler Pulley Stud Bolts
    --Nissan Tensioner Stud Bolt
    --NGK IX Iridium Spark Plugs

-AMS Carbon Ceramic Brake Pads (August 2008)
    -Painted Calipers (red)
    -Reconditioned Steering Rack (September 09)

    Interior:
    - Fully retrimmed Seats (Black Leather, Red Stiching) (November 08)
    - All interior tweed trim, speaker covers, Parcel Shelf and Sub Box Retrimmed in Black Micro-Suede (March 09)
    - Series VI Red Stitched Nissan gear Knob (may 09)
    - New Leather Gear Boot (June 09)
    - MOMO Steering Wheel with HKB Boss Kit (July 09)

    Sound:
    - Pioneer CD/MP3 Head Unit
    - Pioneer TS-W1201C 500WRMS subwoofer
    - Jaycar 2x150WRMS amplifier (bridged in 1x400WRMS mode to drive sub)
    - Pioneer TS-D160R 6-1/2" 2-way Speakers (Fronts) (amp would go well with these to complete the system, bought one on eBay but got scammed so i never bother again, they are just running of Headunit which is good enough for me) (The amp and sub have been taken out and someone has an interest in them. If you want them however, you might be able to persuade me to include them with the sale ;))

Since then I have added genuine 2k rear lights which will stay on because they are a pain to take off/put on :p
    The Zed also currently has:
    - Z1 Motorsports Forged 4140 Steel ultra lightweight flywheel (4.22kg - lightest flywheel available in the market for a Z32, but still nice and solid as it is forged chromoly)
    - Z1 Motorsports Clutch Kit (full face kevlar with slightly higher clamp force clutch plate than stock - EXTREMELY grabby)
    - Z1 Motorsports Platinum 1-piece driveshaft (steel)
    - Nismo Transmission Mount (reduces high speed vibration caused by the stock one sagging)

I just bought this stuff and was gonna transfer them to the VH45 but I think I'll get more interest with them included. I can however take these out and replace the flywheel with my old heavy stock flywheel (I will have it machined of course) & replace the 1-piece driveshaft with the heavier stock 2-piece. Clutch and Nismo tranny mount would stay in there.

    PICS!

    :eek::eek: Already up for sale!!!!!

If you were closer to home i would buy it back :( actually on the market for a car at the moment...

Also if anyone has any questions about the car i am more than happy to answer them, most mods were done by me and i owned and loved it from january 2007 to january 2010

Yeah :( I have been hesitating to, that's why I even put EOI in the title cause I'm not 100% on selling yet.
Come down here and drive it back Martin you know you want to :p Then I'm pretty sure you'd have some leftover parts to whack on a couple of snails on the motor:D:D
I think you'd cream your pants with the new clutch and flywheel. Drives harder than the day I picked it up :D:zlove:
    Cheers for that Martin :)

haha yeah the clutch was not the healthiest when you bought it, i was kinda living in blissful ignorance of how bad it truely was until i drove another manual with a good clutch

PS, my vote goes for keeping it. Slicktops are cool and all but overrated IMO. only 20kgs lighter than a 2+0 targa and SFA difference in rigidity once you get strut braces. Plus theres nothing like a spirited run with the targas off :D

    HATE THAT.

    Looking for that unicorn.
Find a beastly Zed. And its in god damn WA.

    Bleh.

Looking at around 1,000 to get it to QLD.
Then the legal bullshit that goes with it.

Yeah.... it slipped so bad after like 2 months of driving and then I lived with it for like another 2-3 months lol

I do like driving top down and will definitely miss that! However I reckon the slicktop is just that bit more rigid and any weight loss is a big plus. If I don't get any interest in this one within a month or so I'll definitely keep it :zlove:

Also just more info for interested people. This Zed is electrically sound. A few components have been freshly soldered, including the very common taillight black box problem (btw I have a few reconditioned black boxes here for anyone that needs one). Coolant & oil was changed not long ago.

Anyone interested just PM me, I'll gladly take you for a spin (me driving though ;)).

Basically for me it was considered unregistered here so I just took it to the pits and got it registered. They're really picky over here so if you needed a RWC or anything you would breeze through it :)

yeh WA is much harder to get over th epits because we don't do it routinly, it will easily pass RWC over east. Also it's cheaper to send a car from wa that it is to send to wa

yep yep... I spent nearly 2 grand using CEVA (TNT) to freight the car from QLD but it's like half the price the other way around

yep, then I replace it with a Bride and I'm 20kg ahead

    Cheers for the comments guys.

Also some other things I forgot to mention. The rear hatch struts were replaced with good condition ones from a wreck so they hold the hatch up nicely, and you won't have to worry about it falling on your head :D
I'll also include some new targa weatherstrips as the driver's side one lets a couple of drops in during heavy downpours!
