Been having this same problem for a while. When I first start the car, it will drop idle and stall, once it's warmed up it will be fine and never stall. Also when I rev it up it will drop idle then pick it self up just like in the video posted. The way I fixed it was to turn the idle screw around 3-4 full turns anti-clockwise. Now when I turn the car on, it idles fine at around 1000revs without stalling or bouncing around. Also when I rev it up it drops slowly untill it gets to 1000revs then stays there but does not go under.
yep thats what i mentioned about the AAC - if it reads high then your idle screw is turned down too much normally, so to fix it u just turn idle screw up (easier if u have a consult display or software to watch it)
under 30 with aircon off, idling with engine warm. i got mine down to about 22 before turning the idle screw had no further affect.
