It's been sitting in my garage for a few (2) months while I get money to spray it all and put everything on my car For those wondering about the story, I had it shipped from Z1's warehouse in California to USAtoAUS (a company that has containers moving back and forth from America to Australia on a regular basis who shipped the bumper over for me super cheap - hop on their website and talk to Glen If you want it cheap and aren't in a hurry, as the containers spend a long time at sea, then go through USAtoAUS and tell him Tom from Adelaide referred you! [/BlatantBusinessPlug]) Anyways, got the bumper sent from Z1 to Battleground in Washington (USAtoAUS's depot) and then they freighted it over in a container all the way back to Melbourne. They do have containers that go to Adelaide, but they only send them when they're full, and the soonest Adelaide one wouldn't have been very soon, so I had it sent to Melbourne. Glen then took the time out of his busy schedule to bring my bumper ALL the way from Melbourne to Adelaide on his trailer (He was hand-delivering a bunch of little items to people). Would definitely go through them again if I had to haha
Sucks to see a member of this community asking to replicate someone else's creation. BTW, congrats on getting it to Australia all the way from the US...Not an easy task
Awesome thread is awesome! But I dont hate ya, everyone knows all the cool kids are getting them for 2+2's Any thoughts on paint yet? I keep changing from wanting the diffuser in a gloss black to maybe a matt/satin, think we need some more pics of painted ones so chop, chop!
@TwinZ Thanks! There is absolutely 0% chance that mine will be handed off to anyone for replication, sorry if anyone was planning on this. Having the only one in Australia was kinda what prompted me to work so hard to get mine here in the first place! Then Rob's GB happened and I was a bit annoyed. Oh well, mine's the only one in Australia for the time being and I'm happy with that @Lidz I'm planning a satin black, I think gloss would look too out of place on it. Satin or Matte will be the way to go I reckon @Anti I've emailed Glen from USAtoAUS to ask for a list, so hopefully should be able to let you know soon Cheers, Tom :zlove:

If it's any consolation, while I'm extremely envious of 300ZXC for grabbing one of these so early, my comment was made primarily as a means of social engagement than a legitimate request - it's a means to express my envy and acknowledge the financial commitment 300ZXC has made. That said, I have little doubt that sincere and legitimate requests for replicas will occur once the group buy rear bars begin arrive en masse. The majority of all body kits people on this forum have on their cars are replicas. There are even replicas of OEM items. Whether due to the history of the Australian dollar or - as you rightly recognised - the price and difficulty of shipping large items here from the US, the production and use of replica body kits and OEM mechanical and styling items in Australia and on this forum is commonplace.
I figured as much I'm going to be very sad if/when replicas of the TwinZ bumper crop up. I have yet to be approached seriously about replication, but rest assured the answer will always be a steadfast "no". Half the reason I've kept it a secret (sort of ) for the past 2 months was to avoid such requests.
Just head from Glen@USAtoAUS that all parts-shipping has been suspended due to him being absent on extended medical leave Poor guy... Hope he gets better soon Sorry if anyone got any ideas about using them to ship anything
