passenger targa top, inside clip/ lever has broken !
currently sits in properly, but i can't remove it.

might take pictures tomorrow, just had to tell someone *angry face*

    ideas anyone?

there's a screw that holds the whole clip together, might take that out and give it a fiddle.

    OR

just buy a new, passenger silver targa top *unsure face*

anyone else done the same thing?

Don't buy the whole targa top, just buy the mechanism. Probably cost a couple of hundred though.

    Cheers,

    Yes. Contact Cresta on 07 3245 1555

John has the odd couple hundred targas lying about. He's got so many I hear he's used some as a sun roof for his back patio. Stingy bugger...

There must be a way to repair the lever. Araldite or some hardcore epoxy glue.

Sorry for not getting back to you at 6.30 mate but I like to go home around 5 or so lol.

The assy is reasonably easy but it means basically taking apart the targa. Not hard, just time consuming. It comes off as a complete unit. There are couple of hidden screws that you need to look for but patience is the key

    Hope this helps.
    John
