    Hi guys,

Does anyone know who I could contact for cheap rates on shipping rims from Melbourne to Sydney?

I have tried Greyhound but they charge $60 per rim. I am looking at something cheaper. Maybe guys from Melbourne know someone good.

    Thanks heaps

    red32 You talkin' to me?

Yep, "Pack and Send". Used them to get a wheel/tyre back to Coonabarabran after Easter... about $90 if I remember rightly. They will arrange pick-up if you require, and deliver to a specific address, rather than depot to depot. Cost would not be $90 per rim, it goes by volume stages. Give them a call!

    Thanks

But everytime I go the that site and look for a number it gives me US companies only. You wouldn't happen to have a number you used or something?

    Thanks heaps

I've shipped rims via Australia Post - CBR to Syd, CBR to MLB about $12.50 a rim I think.

    Doh, busfreight.com.au

But, looks like this is now greyhound and you tried them. (should be less then $60 a rim though)
If the rims are under 15KG's each send them AusPost. (should be about $20 a rim syd-melb)
    Cheers,

I would like to thank all of you guys for suggesting different ways. And to be honest I never thought of Australia Post, as I thought that would be too big for them.

But guess what - I will be using Australia Post at $20 per rim.

    Thanks again guys!
