Hey all after pricing a whole bunch of led globes to replace the standard globes throughout my 300 I found it was going to be cheaper to buy in bulk.

So I'm just seeing if any one would be interested in buying a whole kit also.

Now the kit will replace globes for :

    Front bar Indicators
    Front fender indicators
Complete dash kit, the dash globes are available in different colours red, white, blue, purple etc.
    Center roof light
Both interior lights near the sun visors
    Ash tray illumination globe
    Cigarette lighter surround
    Hatch illumination
    Both rear side markers
    Reverse lights
    Rear indicators
    Tail/ brake lights
    License plate lights.

Also available are led headlight globes, but these incur an extra cost.

As I don't have original fog lights. I'm unsure what globes are used and if you would like globes for these ill need to know what globes they are, same goes for the park lights in them. So please advise.

If I've missed any, please let me know.

I'm able to get the cost down to $160 posted.

    Thankyou.

Group but start date 14-5-2013 finish date 1-6-2013
Delivery by post may take a minimum of five days.
Total number of available units will be ten.

These replacement LEDs are not the cheap Chinese crap, they are all hi quality bright white LEDs. Iv hunted around to find the best and brightest ones at the best price, for example one led used to replace one tail light or indicator bulb retails for 22$ and these are the lowest grade led, and with 8 of these needed to replace just the tail lights and reverse lights that comes to a total of $176 which is more than the whole kit I'm offering.

All are avaliable in an assortment of colours red, green, blue, pink, yellow etc or a mix of each

The price of $160 is a rough idea depending on where I'm posting too

Any idea what gloves are used for the:

    - Ashtray light T5 globe
    - Both lights near the sun visors both are T5 globe
    - Map light (Comes on with open doors) I'm pretty sure it's 32 or 36 mm
    - Ignition ring light I havnt pulled mine off yet but I'd say another T5
    - Boot light T10 or a park light globe
    - Globe box light I'm not sure of this one ill look tonight.

Each of these are about $3-$6 each for the stock halogen type
Or LEDs are $6-$15 each for the most basic crap ones that out out bugger all light.

On a side note, pretty sure Rob was doing kits a lot cheaper than $160, maybe he could run another GB if this one doesn't take off?

What are you going to do about the indicator double flash?

I could do a GB for this kit for as little as 58$ using cheap LEDs but I'm not doing this for the cheap price I'm doing it to supply quality LEDs.

And with the indicator double flash, I'm hoping that the LEDs draw enough power to keep the flash unit from chucking a spaz.

    Hoping isn't worth $160 man...

Iv spent a fair bit of time looking around to find the best quality replacements at the cheapest price so if you can find cheaper then good job. And as for the hoping, I don't have the LEDs to trial in my own zx so I say hoping until I know for sure instead of making false promises.

Perhaps order the led for the indicator to test for yourself?

I'm waiting on several lights to get here from America.

Will you allow for the frequency difference of some hid headlights so parkers don't look off?

Nice of you to try putting this together.

LED headlights, yes they use them on Audi and they are bright.
I bought some samples that claimed to output similar lumens to the ones found in high performance euro cars and the result was disappointing.

The H3 and H1 LED didn't even fit in the tiny globe slit.

I also ordered a 168 LED from another supplier and that would be equivalent to a 55W. Halogen, which isn't good enough .

Don't forget the dash LEDs have to be wide angle lensed.

I would like to see a pic of the brake lights fitted in the tail to see the illumination from different angles. :D

Yea iv seen the led headlights in other cars and they are poor, but I put the option there if there was interest for them.

Yea there is a Cree style led not the smd LEDs that I was told will fit the globe slit.

Yea the 168 led is the amound of smd LEDs are used on the globe, higher quality Cree use a clear lense like on the led light bars used for 4wding.

HAha yea I already figured that out when I swapped some of them to led that weren't wide angle.

And yea once the few that iv ordered come in ill take some snaps but I have no idea how to post pics so may have to email or text them to you.

So I got a few test LEDs today and they all fit, two Werner what I ordered so have to get them swapped. But the indicator LEDs don't draw enough power to stop the double flash, if I could source the appropriate load resistors I could fix the double flash, but I can't find these at a decent price.

So to drop the price a bit I will take out the indicator LEDs from this kit, and use smaller less powerful LEDs in place of some. With this adjustment I can get the price to $ 96 posted.
