Hi all, have searched, but no luck...

Have this clutch, know very little about it. I dont want to chuck it in to find it's worn out in 3 months. Can anyone tell me the grove depth or total clutch material thickness on a new clutch? Any suggestions how long this one will last with daily driving (no racing, stock TT power, but not being a complete nana:rolleyes:)

A side profile with a caliper on would be easier to tell than a front on.

It LOOKS like it has a bit left, however for only $200 odd i'd go an F1 racing clutch from the states.

That clutch plate still looks like it has lots of life left in it.

The friction material is not even close to the rivets. I would reuse it providing the pressure plate doesnt look like it has any burn marks on it.

some rivets are much closer, some are quite far off. I'd say closest is ~1mm. Any idea how long one mm lasts :D

thats about how close a new clutch's rivets are. 1mm on a clutch plate is quite a bit.
