QLD Christmas party - Dec 8 - full details

I have secured a function room for 40 people ONLY for the Zed Christmas party this year. The details are:

DATE: December 8, 2012
LOCATION: L'Academie Hotel
ADDRESS: 247 St Pauls Terrace, Spring Hill (Corner of Gipps Street).
TIME: 6.30pm till midnight
DRESS: Cocktail

There is a $15 surcharge per person. This amount includes the venue hire, wait staff, dancefloor, 2 hours of Sav Blanc or Cab Merlot and free flowing soft drink. For those that drink beer or spirits, there will be enough with the surcharge that I can put the rest of the money after the cost of the event over the bar so that those drinks are covered as well.

We also receive a comprehensive canapes package which includes spring rolls, meatballs, samosas, chicken bites, garlic balls mini pizzas, mini pies and prawn cutlets.

Whilst everyone is welcome, this event can only be for the first 40 people who pay and leave their name on the list.

Maree ... big question mark .... really, a bit difficult without sleepover option ... no way would I drive back from central Brisbane ... Annette working on Saturday is also a complication.
so the cards are not stacking up all that well.
