    Hi Guys,

I have had a search, and could not find anything about what the Castor needs to be setup at? - I am installing Castor control arms tonight, and need to take it for an allignment tomorrow - what should I be getting the castor set to?

Also, putting camber at 0- good move for handling? - It is still a road car :)

    Thanks! :zlove:

    Hidds THAT annoying guy....

rear or fronts? also depends if your car is lowered or not, if the fronts i believe having about -3 is fine (or + cant remember) rears are perfect at 0 (in my own opinion) just need to adjust the rear toe accordingly

if your getting an alignment they do most of it for you anyway

You can have the castor arms to the same length to the stock units if you're worried. Castor ulters tyre lean at lock, so you won't gain much for street use.

As for camber, you never want positive. For a daily I wouldn't go further than -3 front or rear. I found -2.5 front and -1 in the rear was a good setup for spirited street driving.

    For street
    Fronts
    Toe - -1.5mm
    Camber - -1.5deg
    Caster - 9

    Rears
    Toe - -0.5mm
Camber - -0.5 to -1deg for wheels up to 245 wide, 0 to -0.5 for wheels wider.

Dial it out to 0 camber on the rear and increase toe in slightly to 2mm. Not really necessarily changes, but if your chasing the last 1/100th of a second...

Tire and shock choice are you main concerns.
