Assuming that it's carrying the same voltage, the middle wire is likely to be ground and the other two positive and negative, check it out with a multimeter.

It's not three phase power man

If it's a JDM then you have three wires:

One is ground/chassis earth/ negative (all the same in effect)

One is positive 12v to run the fog/driving lamps

One is positive 12V to run the park lamps

If it is Aus new or NZ new you still have three wires but:

    Again one is ground

    Again positive for park

This time the third is to run the indicators.

You could re terminate the wires with a decent plug from the likes of Narva so long as it is rated for the current draw from the driving lamps (55w std)
BUT if you ever go to change the whole assembly in the future you would have to sort the plug again.

Ok so i went and had a look this morning this is what my working foglights plug looks like.

Since only 2 are connected does that mean that they are just wired up as parkers?

Also this is rly only for a RWC as the car had a non working light from another car in there when i bought it could i get away with just wiring up the parkers?

Lucky you, looks like you have purchased one of the many Z32s that has been owned by a DIYer. off the top of my head I'm not sure what the colours are on the wires for the two lamps but if your park lamps are working & fogs not then that answers you own question.

If you take the lamp apart you will be able to trace the wires & see what bulb they are hooked up to.

    Anti 14.7 x 14.7 = 44.1

if your fogs are functional then that cut wire is the parker. i just cut mine up (and soldered + heat shrinked them after!) to do my modded indicators

czp link looks right, but you don't need it... just re do what's there. solder the wires back together and heatshrink it afterwards, it'll work as good as new.

My fogs dnt work at all and whats there has been butchered by a prev owner all the clips (except the one in the pic) that have been cut have been cut right at the end so there is no way to re wire them up.

So im thinking if that is the right part il just get 2 of em take all the old clips out and wire it all up so i get my fogs & parkers working instead of just the parkers.
