Hi Z team, being such a Noobenstein, I?m am in a spot of bother. My research can?t find a solution, but maybe someone has already seen or solved this problem? Hopefully(!) When driving behind a smoky car in front, my car sucks in their exhaust fumes , normally I?d just hit the RECirculate button and be contented. You can hear the shifting of panels ?I guess? inside to block outside air. But, recently the REC button light comes on, but no noise and no blocking. So cough(!) choke(!) to the driver. I?ve taken a prelim look at the relays in the cabin and under the hood, but nothing appears to be burnt-out. It?s a Fairlady, so the Japanese text is beyond me. I?m wondering if this is a big job to be done by a professional under the dash, or something ridiculously easy? Does anybody have any ideas? At the moment I have to use towels etc to block up all the vents. So it makes driving er, questionable on cold wet days when the windshield fogs up. Thanks for any assistance!
