Just found two gashes on my front bumper. Very annoyed  , someone must have grazed it while trying to park or something. Luckily its not too deep but the paint is definitely scrapped off

Was going to touch it up with "touch up paint". Any other recommendations to deal with this ?

    Just paint or plastic/fiberglass too?

If you use touch-up paint, use a toothpick to put it on and only in the areas where it's missing (don't try to blend or anything, just makes it worse). It still won't look perfect but it's the best you can do without sanding down and respraying. There are people who can do that though, about $100 for half a bumper. Panel beater will charge you 200-300.
