    hey guys,

I got my center bearing replaced on friday which eliminated a fairly bad vibration that was occuring from about 55km - 60km, however I can still feel a vibration (just nowhere near as bad) at these speeds, which builds up and becomes quite noticeable at around 80km. Any ideas? It does feel like its coming from the back of the car.

Also, not sure if its relevant, after the replacement, when slowing down, theres a hum type noise that changes in pitch as I slow down, its only audiable because when accelerating the engine may drown it out, it only happens when the car is moving, and has nothing to do with the revs etc Its hard to describe >.<

Stuffed uni joints on your driveshaft. Also replace your gearbox mount as this is what caused your cetre bearing to die, which in turn killed your uni's.

About $500 + fitting for a 1 piece drive shaft.

Stuffed Uni's indeed. Could also try a good 2nd hand stock tailshaft if you are that way inclined.

Just get the right one, there are 4 of them!!
