Hey guys Im getting rid of one of my Zeds but before I do I'm having my recoed box pulled out
I was just wondering if anyone in nsw would be interest in the box for a conversion... I know you need the master and slave cylinders drive shaft and i think pedal box am I missing anything... (I'm keeping the clutch)

Also what would be a good price on this sort of conversion kit
Ps the gearbox was recoed through unique autos and has very little ks on it as I crashed the car not long after I got it done

    TT or NA?

What sort of rebuild did the box have? Just bearings or the full works?

Pretty much the basic list of items required are, flywheel, flywheel to crank bolts, clutch, clutch to flywheel bolts, master, slave, hardlines or flexible line, obviously the box, box to engine mounting bolts, shifter assy including top plate/boot and seal etc, cross member, pedal box, pedal switches, reverse/neutral switch loom(can be made from an auto box loom if converting), tailshaft.

Complete conversion kits can range from $850 - $1400 pending the quality, condition of parts and extra goodies.

    N/A gearbox
And I know first gear is new I think all the bearings and that's all I know oh and I know it cost me a pretty penny I'm not sure of the condition of the fly I assume it was machined considering I put a new clutch in it
Slave cylinder is newer then the box had that replaced a good month after I replaced the box and master is a second hand one that works perfectly

Ok, well in the end its up to you to put a dollar value on the parts and goods.

If you're keen, i suggest posting up a FS thread with all the appropriate details, including pics if/once the box is removed.

Expression of Interest sales arent allowed, so its either yes youre selling or no your keeping it for a later date.

GL with either of your choices.

Conversion kits are a buyers market. Ive seen some sell quick, while others slowly. I purchased mine conversion kit from Tasmania and for a steal of a price. But this was due to shipping. I was lucky and have shipping ties which made it affordable.

If you have locals keen for a conversion kit. It should go quickly. You're in nsw. So I wouldn't imagine it taking too long. Pending your asking price.

    Cheers.
