We will me sending out final quotes(inc shipping, landed in Aus) shortly, as some of the skid shipping calculations have been more time consuming then we expect. Parity prices will still be honored. Payment's will be collected at that stage.

Non Skid Shipments

When can the people who have paid for air post for their AMS goodies expect their parcels sent from AMS? Does it depend on when payments clear or are the parcel batched up weekly or something?

As soon as payments clear. AMS pack's and ship's. Shipping usually takes up to 10 business days from AMS to an Aussie door.

Oh...true..I thought the piece would still be the same?

I'm pretty sure mine is broken as my key won't work in that door anymore and remote locking doesnt work either (assume cause it goes off that door) I have to lock/unlock the door using the inside lock...

Need both lower door mouldings. fat piggy bank or not, theyre rock hard and have started destroying my window tint.

yeah I saw these & got excited too!.......then I read the Z1 info!......ONLY for the US drivers door! = our passenger door!

For it to fit our driver's door it would need to be the mirror image of these (I think?)........or something like that anyway?

I asked Vuk at AMS if he could see if Z1 would consider producing a run to suit our driver's door if they could somehow mirror the casting mould??........as I'm sure there would be plenty of interest in them in all RHD countries?.....as they are a complete PITA!

Vuk said he would look into it??.......but I haven't heard back from him as yet!

Maybe shoot him a PM to let him know you need one too!
Might be worth following up with Lazyzed if he ever did get around to picking a set up?

 

Ok well thanks to zedhed i'll leave the actuators off my order till I've discussed with Vuk.

 

Any more news on this? Haven't seen it updated for quite some time now. Where's everything at? Have requests for payment been sent out yet? Just curious to know what's going on.

so this whole skid thing saved me $30 on shipping instead of going directly through ams with a much faster shipping time. i thought you said it would be much cheaper if going on the skid

then i still have to pay for shipping from qld to me in melb which in the end whats this going to save me $10-15 all up ???

 

That's true Chad. On some of the orders there is only a small saving once, custom fee's and domestic shipping is all factored in. Though across the whole group there is a considerable saving.

If you would prefer to ship via a method other then the skid shoot us a PM and we organise that.
