Shift kits are installed into your transmission valve body. From there they increase line pressure and your auto box will shift into gears quicker and with less heat generated inside the box. One of the best upgrades for your auto box imo. Stock boxes feel sloppy.
Brakes are still up for grabs. Shineyzx was just after the adapters. Dave you have dibs atm Plenum is taken tho unfortunately m8. Sorry!
