Anyone knows how many air con fan speeds there supposed to be? Hi and low..seems to me there should be something in between...I mean, the Hi setting blows a hurricane..and Low is just a wisper.. 89 TT manual, manual Air con I also get some wispy smoke /vapour coming out from the air ducts when the heater is on..I cant see any cooling fluid leaking out and the vapour( quite a lot) does not smell of anything.?? Anyway, I had the heater bypassed..so it stopped. I wonder if that has an effect on the Air con ?? My guess is that the temp regulation wont work? Any thoughts on that? Thanks
the fan has low medium and high speed, medium speed is when neither the high or low button is illuminated. If you are on high speed for example and the light is on, press high again and that will take you to medium speed. Since your AC needs regassing and heater has been bypassed, you will be at the mercy of mother nature for what temperature air you get
