TAS 5 Speed Manual conversion parts

I have the following parts for manual conversion.

Gear Box with short shift.
clutch peddle
clutch booster
brake peddle
slave cylinder
master cylinder
cross member
Flywheel
console with shift boot but no knob on the shifter.

Parts I don't have are drive shaft slave/master cylinder line.
I have the clutch and pressure plate but new ones would be needed as I would not use second hand ones.

Small parts can be boxed up and posted but buyer would need to arrange the shipping of the box interstate.
