Due to redundancy, lack of Jobs, and the need for cash, everything is up for sale. The V12 has gone to a dude in WA for his kit car I have a bunch of spares as well that will be posted, or I might just give them away with the car.

    Price: $14,500 ono
PM me for interest or email me on midco@optusnet.com.au
The car will be up at Warick for the Nationals in Easter.
Rego expires on the 4th April but I will be renewing it for 6 months.

    Details.
*1993 Series 2 300zx 2+2, Manual, Twin Turbo, Targa, Colour Red.
    *Z32 Registration plates
*Custom leather interior with leather trimmed recaro's
*Autometer Gauges: Boost, Water temp, Oil Temp
    *Apexi SAFC
*Sard 540 injectors, tuned to suit, speed limiter removed and a few other tweaks
    *Hi-flowed T28 BB turbo's running 16psi
*Compression strong at 156-170psi all round.
    *New timing belt and seals
*56mm Single Pass ASI radiator with 16" Thermo fan and aluminium lower radiator pipe.
    * All splash guard still in place
*All cooling hoses except heater hoses replaced and bypass done
*Oil changed every 5,000km with 15W Fully synthetic.
*Gearbox oil changed with Redline MT90 10,000km ago
    *Stillen Side mount Intercoolers
    *Turbosmart Atmo BOV's
    *Clutch less than 20,000km's
*2.5" Cat Back exhaust with JASMA Mufflers
    *New Battery
    *Rego till 4th September 09
*Koenig Wheels, silver, 18x8.5 with 245/45/18 and 19X9.5 with 295/30/18
    *JIC MAGIC height adjustable coilovers
    *Cargo cover

    Things to note:
*VTC gears rattle a little when cold under 3000rpm, but once engine reaches operating temp they quiet down, not a dangerous thing and I've lived with it until I need to pull the front off for something else.
*No head unit, ipod jack straight into amplifier
*Starter motor sometimes will not push forward. Pulled it out 6 months ago and cleaned and regreased it and it worked fine for 5 months, but has started to play up again. I plan to clean it out again over the weekend and it will be fine, but needs to be noted. Flywheel ring gear shows no wear and no discernable damage.
*Paint on the front guards isn't fantastic
*slight lift on the drivers side of the dash around the demister
    *Spacesaver tyre is flat

    Photo's
More to come when I get home tonight and over the weekend, but this is what I've got on file. Plates are currently "Z32"

Oh and it has it's handbook...not the service book, but the 300zx manual in english.

One more note to add is that the drivers door lock is buggered, the key doesn't unlock the door, I've been meaning to replace the plastic bit, but haven't got around to it as yet.

A sad day indeed Andy. Sorry to hear you have to sell it mate. Hopefully it will go soon for you though. I love this car and can vouch for andy and his work that he would not be selling a lemon. This would be a fantastic buy for anyone wanting a great Zed.

    Good luck buddy.

interested in selling the seats mate, got the stimulus package coming soon:D

I'll sell you the seats for $14,500 and throw in the car. :D

Definately not parting out the car...the only thing I'd sell separately would be the plates. And I'm kinda hoping it may push for a quicker sale at that price to leave the plates on.

Sorry to hear you have to let her go Andy. Things are going to get tough for many in this recession. I guess some will be lucky and others not.

But there are always brighter chances ahead.

    Hey

Hey mate sorry to see ya selling the car, just a quick question, what kinda power does the car output with the mods (if you've dyno'd it) and a mate wants to know what kinda V12 you were planning on putting into the 300zx, thanks :)

C'mon Vaughan, A lot more power than a yellow300zx. Just what you want.

    BMW V12 wasn't it ?

    lol

It does look up my alley apart from I'm not all that keen on brazilians, and would rather 18's on both front and back to keep it within RTA standards, being defected sucks. Otherwise ya I really like it :D

Oh but be better in yellow

The wheels are 18" all round, sorry, typo

Power wise I do have a dyno sheet from earlier before the injectors and the boost tweak, it was 240rwkw @ 14psi. I'll scan it and post it over the weekend for you.

wasn't this car near or completely stock when you purchased it andy? if so a lot of work has gone into it since then.

you don't see series II 2+2s very often either. sorry to see you selling it.

Not an easy choice, but it has to happen, lost the job a few weeks ago, something may come up, but I need a buffer...hence it's up for sale.

Far from stock under te bonnet when I bought it mike, Externally it was stock as a rock and it was running in Safety boost. But over the last 2 years I've done a fair bit to it, most of it preventative maintenance, but external as well.
