N/A AUS SPEC 2+2 5 SPEED MANUAL DAMAGED BUT REPAIRABLE ***the car was not insured and has not been listed as a repairable writeoff*** Ok, i need to get a new car and must get rid of the car as i need to get some work done to stop a leaking ceiling in the garage. I had an accident in the rain last Wednesday, front bar, left headlight and front guard are gone, the drivers side has a dent as the chassis is slightly bent and the door hit it when i got out of the car. I am parting my car out atm I have sold: AFM and part of the loom. clutch master cylinder is sold pending payment/pickup. air con dash pod is sold pending payment spoiler is sold pending payment. I have been quoted $2000 - $2500 to fix the chassis, even cheaper if you can find a front half cut and have that welded onto the chassis, then new guards, headlight and indicators can be found for less then $500. I was going to buy a rolling shell and transfer everything across but i dont have the time as i am leaving to join the army in july. With a 100k service, body panels, the rolling shell and a workshop to put all the gear in i worked it out to cost around $4500. If you can do the work yourself, you could have a nice 300zx for under $5000. nope my mate is interested in buying them... he had a pair for his skid wheels and somehow he managed to lose ONE of them. will consider selling them if someone offers more then $1600 for the wheels+brand new tyres. i need to buy a new car, as much as i would love to get rid of it asap, $1000 just isnt enough. i've got the engine advertised for $1000, theres alot of money to be made from this car, i just dont have the time to do what needs to be done to make the money.
ok, wheels are not included, the car will come with a set of ROH multi spoke wheels. engine has 25x xxx kms, had major service at 200 000 kms. gearbox is still there, though it is for sale on nissansilvia/com and SAU. some of the interior panels have been sold, aircon pod is sold, power steering reservoir is sold, spoiler is sold. take the car as is for $3000, there is more then $3000 worth of parts in the engine, gearbox and brakes.
the more you take out, the less you sell.Its not worth it for somebody to buy or part out if they do sell.
take it away i've gone to heaps of trouble to try and part this out and i need to get it out of the garage in the next 2 WEEKS! take it away for $2000 the whole engine, gearbox, dash, repairable shell, most of the interior is there... this will make a great project or an excellent parts car
Can you let me know , Has it still got rego, What wheels go with it, What has happen with the engine/ gearbox pull and have you done anymore damage today trying to remove them, What parts are missing ross
hey mate i cancelled the rego after the accident, still waiting for the damn check from the rta but it can be re-registered, it was not insured so it is not listed as a write off or anything. its got my old ROH multispoke wheels, i was selling them for $400 but they'll go with the car. as for today, my mate blew a welsh plug so had to turn home before his engine blew through the bonnet. i have disconected the power steering reseviour but all the hoses and pump is still there. i have sold the air con dash pod and it is sold, it was missing a small piece anyway. the AFM has been sold along with about 10cm of the loom, it will need a new wiring harness for the engine as most, if not all of the connectors were brittle and cracked as i disconected them. the interior has been stripped and i have only sold the two arm rest panels on the sides of the rear seat, everything else is sitting in my garage. other then the engine half of the wiring loom, the Air Flow Meter, the power steering reservoir and the air con dash pod everything else is there. obviously a few little parts were damaged in the accident, the passenger guard, front bar and passenger headlight were stuffed in the accident along with things like the horn and the charcoal canister. i'm home tomorrow all day as i dont have a car to get around, if you would like to come round and check it out give me a call. i could sell the engine and gearbox for $2000 and have the whole wreck to part out, i'm just over not having a car and not interested in parting it out any more.
hey mate if i can get a good quote for shipping would you still be interested. i got a quote for around $600 from melbourne to sydney so it should be pretty close to that. i will happily bring it up to sydney to put it on a truck for the trip, just need the wreck gone. let me know
