This is not a - which year is better - post! I have a 1989 z32 and whenever I want to get something sorted by mechanics or buy a part online I have the issue of it/them getting confused as to it being a z31 rather than a z32 due to it being a 1989 year model (most websites only list from 1990 anyway). I was wondering, whenever I am needing something done or a part installed etc. can I just say it is a 1990 vehicle to avoid all the confusion and having to explain it everytime or are there some differences which make doing this risky such as wrong part or done incorrectly etc?
Heaps of differences between an 89 / 90 models but at the end of the day if it's mechanical related it'll usually be the same. Not much changed on the vg30s during that period.
