Been chasing this down and big thanks to ed300zx who discovered this is an rx7 diffuser. Unfortunately no it can't be purchased separately, you have to buy it with an rx7 rear spoiler.

You can still buy the CV2 rear spoiler for Z32 (pictured), but no diffuser.

 

300zg CV2 rear spoiler will fit without widebody kit

Just confirming that the 300zgCV2 rear spoiler (the white one everyone is interested in) is available for 2+2 and 2+0, AND while it is designed to compliment Beet widebody kit it will also fit non-wdiebody zeds.
