Engine rebuild

Hi Z fans, I need an engine rebuild as my car when turning left is burning oil, smoke screen. It has power is pulling well but when it turns left it pours out smoke, white grey.

Does anyone have a great engine rebuild 300zx AUS build n/a 1990 model. Any tips would be appreciated.

Before you rush into an expensive rebuild what checks have you done to confirm your engine is knackered?
Have you checked the PCV valves? If one is blocked it may be causing a build up of oil in the plenum.
Do a compression test at the very least.
