I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think anyone who doesn't know the work, time, effort & money that's gone into this car would be willing to pay over $20k for it - the main thing that will appeal to most would be the cleanliness & crazy power. Most people will just see it as a 20+ year old car. A Z32 enthusiast or forum member would be a different story. For Robs sake I hope he gets close to the price he's after. There's quiet a few big powered Z32 that have been on carsales literally for years - Shifters old car & Vincents - seems no one is willing to pay decent dosh for a high powered Jap classic these days. My car might be up for sale soon also.
