I have a jap import 1991 Nissan 300 zx twin turbo I have two problems DRIVERS DOOR WINDOW WILL NOT GO UP I have tried two different door switches and window doesnt move, Must be either the window motor . Passengers side window has no problems INTERIOR LIGHTS AND DASHBOARD WARNIBG LIGHT FOR DOOR NOT CLOSED. I have no interior lights working at all and on the dash the door not closed properly come on with a faint glow ( not a full illumination ) Have check both doors and taken drivers door switch off and manually push the plunger right in. I understand interior lights and door warning light are in the same circut. Plastic cables may be brittle and a lose connection or slightly touching connection HELP Many thanks MIKEA
Can't help with Auto electricians for Brisbane... or anywhere really. Have you checked the boot's switch wiring? As it powers the door light too. --- Did you swap out the window switch itself or swapped out the power amp box that drives the window motor? The amp can have broken solder joints that need to be soldered (Like mine)
