    Hey,
Looking for some help because I am out of ideas...

Have done a tt conversion recently and my speedo has stopped working.
I have kept the na rear end so I am using the na speed sensor. Am also using the na box.
The speedo was working in the car prior to the swap, and I have tried 2 other gauges, one that I was sure worked and anither I wasn't sure worked. Neither worked.
The 3 plugs on the gearbox are plugged in securely.
I'm not sure where to go from here?
Ideas are most welcome as it's annoying having to stick my phone on the dash for a speedo, when everything else about the swap has gone mostly fantastically.

    Cheers

if you have access to an ECUtalk cable (nissan consult) you could get a readout of speed from the ECU - its preety likley that its going to be a wiring issue given the swap... though it would be good to remove all doubt that its not the dash

What alternator wiring harness did you use? the na or the tt?

if you don't have an ecutalk cable - you should get one... handy to have http://www.rgsperformance.com/product/ecu-talk-consult-cable-software-package/

P.S: im close to swapping my NA manual driveline into my TT auto... what clutch did you use and is it slipping? what power / mods are you running?

The signal goes through the speedo before it gets to the ECU so only a motor failure would give you an ECU talk reading without the speedo working. I'd start with the sender test procedures in the service manual then look at wiring continuity.

    Thanks guys,
Yeah I have the ecutalk and display and I get no speedo indications there either which leads me to believe it's wiring...but I'm.not sure where to begin?
I used the tt harness for the engine bay, have I not done something I should have during the conversion?

AH Damn. I've just realised I don't have reverse lights coming on in reverse. Definitely a harness issue then :/
