    After a somewhat nervous wait on my part the International Money Transfer has FINALLY been confirmed at the Japanese end and the order is being processed.

    ####! How could I have missed this?!?

    If anyone has cold feet or just not wanting to pull their Z apart to fit them I'm super keen to step in and transfer the cash immediately for a pair of my own.

    I tried unsuccessfully to get SPL to make me a pair last year so thought it might never eventuate. Thanks to Rob for organising them too.

    is there a rough date for these as some bozo bumped my car and snapped the front bar and damaged the quarter a little, keen to get them in while the car is being repaired...kill 2 birds with the insurers stone

    If nothing else, there'll be a experience shows us that there'll be a bunch of people that never get around to fitting them and decide they'd rather have the cash.
    How many did they actually have in stock when you placed the order? Be interesting to see how long it takes them to weld up the difference...

    Not so happy; received an email this morning to the effect that pricing has gone up about $20/pair.

    The quote I obtained when I setup the buy was in AUD and came with a commitment from the supplier to honour that AUD price for seven days. Because it took more than seven days from that stage to receiving "go ahead" payments fluctuations in exchange rate have pushed the buy price up.

    Unfortunately for us nobody picked up on this error until now. On a personal level I'm a little frustrated that with the many emails that have changed hands nobody has mentioned a price increase until now... But not much I can do about that.

    So the status currently sits at: parts ready to despatch, the bulk of the money has been received and there is a little over $400 outstanding on the order. I can PayPal this amount to get the order in the air, but it needs to be a one in/all in sorta thing.

    So if you have any serious objections to going ahead with the price increase please let me know via PM by the end of the weekend. Otherwise I'm going to go ahead. You don't need to pay anything extra now, I will sort it out with the freight.

    Oh and one request; only those with a current financial interest need respond.

    edit: I had to pay an extra $19 on the Nistune GB too, something fishy's going on!

    i dont get this at all. There was mad rush to get these at a "great price" however when i look on the net I can get them for $275 for a supplier. With the added $20 that makes it basically the same price..... cant understand what the mad rush for this was when we are just RRP... i would think a GB with a huge number ordering we would be given a discount of some sort?? :confused:

    I couldn't find them anywhere in stock except for direct from Nagissa and this is the price they gave me.

    Sure I found them advertised in plenty of places but in almost every case they were either nil stock or simply didn't respond to my emails.

    im sure if you dont want them then we can find a taker for your set bounce......

    same as i found when i enquired on a couple of sites months ago.

    let me know how much extra i need to pay when you know postage for me. i am also happy to act as a WA post point for any memeres interested. save on postage.

    Quite possibly a Chinese copy for that price where these are Japanese made with better welding and metal quality from what Rob says.

    got a rough ETA for them, car is going in for repairs and the front gaurds will be easy to take off at the same time, keen to get it sorted at the same time.
